Policy and Procedure
CS 20 (formerly 06-05-01), Sexual Misconduct
第九条 of the 教育 Amendments of 1972 ("第九条"), 20 U.S.C. §1681及以下, is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities. All public and private elementary and secondary schools, 学区, 大学, and universities receiving any Federal funds must comply with 第九条. 根据第九条, discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment or sexual violence, 比如强奸, 性侵犯, 性电池, and 性胁迫.

The law provides that:

Examples of Unlawful Practices 根据第九条 Relating to Sexual Misconduct
Sexual Harassment – unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature
